Welcome to StepNGet, operated by Stellaris Ltd ("StepNGet", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StepNGet mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StepNGet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Stellaris Ltd.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use StepNGet, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your country)
• Have a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving rewards
• Have access to a compatible iOS or Android device
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3 Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4 How Rewards Work

Earning Rewards

StepNGet rewards users for legitimate walking activity tracked through the app, ad engagement, and other qualifying actions as defined within the app.

Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may be redeemed for mobile data bundles, airtime top-ups, or mobile money transfers depending on availability in your region. Redemption is subject to:

• Meeting the minimum redemption threshold
• Providing a valid and active mobile number
• Passing our fraud verification checks
• Network and partner availability at time of redemption

Reward Limitations

StepNGet reserves the right to:

• Adjust reward rates, thresholds, and types at any time
• Expire unused reward points after a period of inactivity
• Withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent activity
• Limit redemptions to prevent abuse

5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to fake steps or activity
• Create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards
• Manipulate, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the app
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or rewards to others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our fraud detection systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all accumulated rewards, and legal action where applicable.

6 Intellectual Property

All content within StepNGet — including but not limited to the app design, logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Stellaris Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

7 Disclaimers

StepNGet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of step tracking
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The availability of specific reward types at any given time
• Third-party network or partner availability for redemptions

We are not a financial institution. Rewards are a product of our partnership with telecom and mobile money providers and are subject to their availability and terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellaris Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the value of rewards redeemed by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@stepnget.com. Upon account deletion, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

10 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
