Download the StepNGet app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your name, phone number, and email address, then verify your number via OTP. Once verified, your account is ready and you can start earning immediately.
StepNGet tracks your daily steps automatically in the background using your phone's motion sensors. When you hit your daily step goal, you earn StepPoints. You can also earn bonus points by watching short ads, completing tasks, and referring friends. Points accumulate and can be redeemed for mobile data, airtime, or mobile money at any time once you reach the minimum threshold.
StepNGet's reward system is powered by partnerships with Ghanaian telecom providers and mobile money networks including MTN, AirtelTigo, and Telecel. These integrations are currently only live in Ghana. We are actively working to expand to other African markets — stay tuned for announcements on our social media channels.
Once you've accumulated at least 25,000 StepPoints, you can redeem them for rewards. Open the app, tap the "Redeem" tab, choose your reward type (mobile data, airtime, or mobile money), enter your phone number or mobile money details, and confirm. Rewards are typically delivered within a few minutes. Make sure your network and wallet details are correct before redeeming.
Open the StepNGet app and go to your Profile. Tap "Enter Promo Code" and type in your code exactly as given — codes are case-sensitive. Tap Apply and your bonus points will be credited instantly. Each promo code can only be used once per account. If your code isn't working, contact us at support@stepnget.com.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address linked to your account and tap Send. Check your inbox for a password reset link — it may take a few minutes to arrive. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@stepnget.com.
Open the StepNGet app and tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, phone number, or profile photo. Tap Save when you're done. If you need to update your registered email address or mobile money details, please contact us directly at support@stepnget.com for security verification.
First, check that your internet connection is stable and refresh the app. Make sure you've met the minimum step goal for the day. If rewards are still missing after 24 hours, take a screenshot of your step count and email us at support@stepnget.com with your registered phone number and the date(s) affected. Our team will investigate and resolve it within 48 hours.
You can delete your account directly in the app — go to Profile → Delete Account → Confirm. If you've already uninstalled the app, email us at support@stepnget.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email or username. Full instructions are available on our Data Deletion page. Deletion is completed within 7 business days.
